So I am going to sum up my first year with a flashback of photos. I am already in next year mode. Trying to slow down….anyone have any tips for that?

Regina, I use my mixer. I can fit one batch in it. However I do feel the dough often. When it is satiny and a bit firm to the touch is the texture I like it to be.

My mother in law is Finnish and makes this bread every year. Now I am trying my hand at it. Do you suggest mixing by hand over a mixer?

What a beautiful summer! As far as slowing down, I recommend more coffee dates with friends.
