Hello!! I am still alive and well. It has been the normal crazy summer hustle. The farmers market flowers are hopping these days!! People are loving the locally grown flowers!! A shout out to all who buy flowers from the farmers market!!! Thank you.

Whew, it has been busy…Can you tell? I have been missing in action here for about a month…How did that happen? Any who, I am back!!

How are you? I hope you are all keeping well during this difficult time.

Snow on the mountain ” Euphorbia”

Snow on the mountain or “euphorbia” has been a nice addition to my flowers. I was surprised by how tall it grew. However, when you harvest it, white sap runs. This can be irritating to some peoples skin.

Weeding calling my name

Weeding!! It has gotten away from me! Next season I am going to use landscape fabric in between the rows. I do not use chemicals on my flowers, so all weeding is done by hand.

Flowers at Mercantile 141

It is fun to see the bouquets come together. These ones were so bright and cheery. The mint ( the foliage in the front of the picture) smelled sooooo good!! Sunflowers make me smile. What about you? What flower makes you smile? Let me know in the comment section below.
